Our Virtual Clinic lets you reach consultants in any medical specialty from the comfort of your home — by video call or voice call. You receive a full written report, complete assessment, and any necessary recommendations at no additional cost. A personal medical file is created for each patient, so chronic conditions can be monitored over time and communication between specialties stays seamless.

The medical file — why it matters
Each patient using the Virtual Clinic gets a dedicated medical file on our system. This file travels with you across specialties: if you saw a cardiologist last month and need to see an endocrinologist today, the endocrinologist reviews what the cardiologist wrote, which medications you're already on, and what tests have already been done.
